I loved the daily text messages and Facebook reminders! I felt we received a lot of very useful easy information that was easy to implement on a day-to-day basis.

I have been on the Mummy Mojo detox program for seven weeks – I feel absolutely fantastic, and I know this is just the beginning. I’m wearing clothes I wouldn’t have dreamed of two months ago, and I’ve got more confidence and energy to get out and enjoy my life. The support of the team and other members has been amazing and has helped to keep me motivated and on track.
I enjoyed the challenge because it made me focus on what was working in my life and what I should change. I found out that I am a multi-tasker by nature and enjoy pushing myself physically (running, swimming, weights training) but that this needed to be balanced with more meditation/breathing time in my day and I booked into a yoga course, which I now love. As a result of what I learned on the course I have also resolved to take a new approach to parenting (and partnering), which is proving challenging but also rewarding. It is a journey and thanks to you Amy and Debbie I feel more able to make the most of it. Wishing you all the best.
I met Amy through a mutual friend and Amy introduced me to Debbie. What amazing women. Both are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about my health and well-being. I did the Mummy Mojo Detox for two months. During this time they were very supportive, encouraging, inspirational while continually checking on me and my progress. Thanks it was great! Getting texts as a reminder was excellent. I must say, I do not normally have time to do even small things as I work 9-3 then it is just kids and sport, music, etc. But for some reason engaging all senses and being mindful of the small moments of bliss in the daily grind was fab. Hi gorgeous mums, the best bit for me was reading the daily text and doing the mindfulness exercise. I mostly liked the one about being mindful with my kids – I think we all need reminders for that! In all honesty, I would call it an ‘experience’ or ‘trip’ or ‘adventure’ – as it’s easy to do and challenge sounds like it’s going to be hard and it isn’t.
