Signing up to the Mummy Mojo 6-month program was a big step. I often felt like I didn’t have time in my day to do anything just for me. Working from home and working a second job, many weeks would pass before I would allow myself to take a day off. With wonderful guidance over the last 6 months Amy has opened my eyes as to who I want to be as well as who I already am. Through self-awareness I feel love, gratitude and excitement for the future. Setting not only goals for the here and now, but also the future. Amy has guided me through a healthy eating plan for pregnancy and also made me aware of how important it is give time to myself and friendships. Exploring new interests has lead me to a whole new career path and family life. I can’t thank you enough Amy for your support, encouragement, and friendship to set me up with all these new skills of self-awareness, self-love, health and wellbeing. I enjoyed the challenge because it made me focus on what was working in my life and what I should change. I found out that I am a multi-tasker by nature and enjoy pushing myself physically (running, swimming, weights training) but that this needed to be balanced with more meditation/breathing time in my day and I booked into a yoga course, which I now love. As a result of what I learned on the course I have also resolved to take a new approach to parenting (and partnering), which is proving challenging but also rewarding. It is a journey and thanks to you Amy and Debbie I feel more able to make the most of it. Wishing you all the best.
I think you ladies are onto something really fabulous!! I loved everything about it! It has had a really significant impact on making me feel calmer – and that’s really saying something for a stress head like me!! This is just in a nutshell – but I really think you can make a real difference in a very simplistic way which would connect with most women!
The program provided simple but meaningful and easy-to-apply techniques and tools for busy mums, plus the option to dig deeper with the additional information supplies, e.g tapping, mediation.

Hi gorgeous mums, the best bit for me was reading the daily text and doing the mindfulness exercise. I mostly liked the one about being mindful with my kids – I think we all need reminders for that! In all honesty, I would call it an ‘experience’ or ‘trip’ or ‘adventure’ – as it’s easy to do and challenge sounds like it’s going to be hard and it isn’t.
Did you know we spend almost 50% of our lives lost in thought?
If you’re a mum, the inner monologue inside your head at any given moment might sound something like this:
“I can’t believe little Johnny ripped his school sport shirt. How many times have I told him not to climb that tree? I should have been watching better. He could have really hurt himself. I need to get him a new shirt. Can I get away from work early one day next week to get to the uniform shop? I’ve got so much on at work next week. Did I send that email to my client? Shit, I don’t think I sent that email! He needs it for soccer on Thursday. It’s Nanna’s birthday on Thursday, I must book that table for dinner. What are we having for dinner tonight? I wish little Johnny would eat more vegetables. I’m worried about Johnny…. “
The constant barrage of thoughts can overwhelm us and leave us totally stressed out, exhausted, and miserable. The result is a tense and distracted mum, and our families are the first to notice when we are not all there with them.
